Hello,

Thank you for writing to eBay's Customer Support. My name is Jomel and I
appreciate the opportunity to assist you regarding relisting and
revising your items.

As a fellow eBay member, I really understand how this situation might
have been upsetting to you. After reviewing your account I can confirm
that your account is in good condition and there's no problem in our
end. I suggest that you try to check your firewall settings and clear
your browser's cache and cookies.

Other members in your situation have found that the problem they're
having is the result of their firewall or anti-virus software. This may
be the case for you, as well. Because there are so many different kinds
of software available, we can't provide specific support for each of
them. Therefore, I recommend you consult the help files and
documentation for your firewall, or contact the firewall manufacturer
for additional information.

In addition, some members have found they have two firewalls in place.
For example, Windows XP Service Pack 2 has a built-in firewall that may
be operating in addition to another firewall you have installed. Often
having two firewalls operating simultaneously can cause problems with
certain eBay functions, such as installing eBay-specific software.
Please consult the help files and documentation for your firewall, or
contact the firewall manufacturer for additional information.

For Mozilla Firefox for Windows
To clear your browser's cache, please follow these steps:
1. Open Firefox, then go to "Tools " and then "Internet Options."
2. Click on the "Privacy" icon.
3. Under "Private Data," click the "Settings" button.
4. Make sure the option, "Cache" is selected.
5. Click "OK."
6. Click the "Clear Now" button.
7. Click the "OK" button to close the Options window.

Again, thank you for your email and please don't hesitate to let us know
if you have any further questions or concerns.

Regards,

Jomel M.
